Mr. Paolo Montessori, CEO and Managing Direction, eServGlobal, said, “Bangladesh is an ideal market to build an end-to-end mobile payment ecosystem. BDCOM is an innovative company and we are pleased to be working with them to introduce services which have the potential to significantly improve the lives of people across the country.”

Mr. Wahidul Haque Siddiqui, Chairman, BDCOM Online Ltd. said, “There has been a strong uptake of Mobile Financial Services in Bangladesh. I am pleased to initiate a clear discussion with eServGlobal to look not only at the possibility of a collaborative model to introduce the next level of Mobile Financial Services in Bangladesh but also to extend the scope of the service to reach the people who are in real need of such solutions and are currently being deprived of the benefits that they would otherwise be able to enjoy.”

Mr. S. M. Golam Faruk Alamgir, Arman, Managing Director, BDCOM Online Ltd. said, “First launched in 2011, the number of Mobile Money Financial Service subscribers in Bangladesh has already crossed 13 million; with very significant growth potential. BDCOM has been scouting for a potential technology partner with mature features and a rich, resilient platform. We are very pleased to initiate a discussion with eServGlobal to take advantage of their global expertise and experience in the technology world, particularly in the field of Mobile Commerce.”
