John Conoley
Executive Chairman

 John's extensive experience spans the software, hardware, IT services, telecommunications, and energy markets. He began his career in the IT industry with IBM in 1983, and worked on a range of industries in technical, sales, and marketing roles. Since then, Mr. Conoley has held general management and director-level roles in small and medium-sized private and public companies. His most recent roles include: Non-executive director with IT security company Vistorm, Head of the the £1.6bn B2B Energy Division at Eon, and most recently, Chief Executive Officer of mobile device company Psion PLC, an international company listed in the UK.

Mr. Conoley is member of the Board’s HomeSend committee and the Audit committee. 

Andrew Hayward
Chief Financial Officer

Andrew is an experienced finance executive with senior strategic advisory and investor relations experience. He is committed to increasing the long-term shareholder value and providing strategic insight and direction to the company.
Prior to joining eServGlobal, Andrew held the role of Head of Finance at Hurricane Energy plc, in which he worked closely with the investment community in London, overseeing a high-profile and successful IPO while also driving the financial growth of the company. Previously he has worked in various roles at PwC, latterly within the Corporate Finance Lead Advisory practice.
Paolo Gagliardi
Chief Operating Officer

 Paolo is a seasoned professional with over 20 years international experience in directing complex, multi-million euro, end-to-end projects in the ICT industry. He has demonstrated a strong track record in delivering revenue growth and cost saving whilst delivering exemplary customer satisfaction. Paolo joined eServGlobal in 2013, initially as Chief Delivery Officer, he was appointed to the role of Chief Operating Officer in September 2015. Prior to joining eServGlobal, Paolo was Regional Director of Technology for Vodafone and VP of Managed Services for Bharti Limited delivering Managed VAS solutions to Bharti Group mobile operators in emerging markets.

James Hume
Chief Technology Officer

James has extensive experience in developing and delivering commercial enterprise software for the telco and financial services worlds. With more than 15 years industry experience, James has strong end-to-end project management skills, encompassing the proven implementation of quality systems and processes. James’ background includes customer facing roles in various international markets working closely with multiple stakeholders to deliver strategic and dynamic technology solutions.

Peter Green
Vice President Finance

Peter is an experienced senior finance executive. Peter holds a degree in Business and has extensive experience across of variety of industries, including roles at Standard Telephones and Cable, Nabisco, Thorn EMI, Defence Research Agency, National Grid and British Gas. More recently, Peter held the role of Divisional Financial Controller at Tetra Pak and EMEA Financial Controller at Borland Software.

For the last five years Peter has held the position of Group Financial Controller at eServGlobal. In 2015 he was appointed VP Finance. Peter’s focus is to improve the quality of financial information provided to the management team and Board and also to improve the company’s management of working capital and cashflow.

Peter is a member of the Board’s Audit committee.

Laurence Blanchard
Vice President Human Resources

Laurence Blanchard is Vice President Human Resources at eServGlobal. Prior to joining eServGlobal, Laurence held several executive human resources positions with international Telecoms and Hi-Tech companies, including HR Director for France and Belgium at Lucent Technologies and Corporate HR Director at ESI Group. She is focused on building a global HR infrastructure and fostering a company-wide passion for serving customers.

Alison Cheek
Vice President Corporate Communications

Alison has more than 10 years experience in corporate communications and marketing within the sectors of technology, telecommunications and engineering. Working closely with the Executive Team, Alison is focussed on delivering best-practice, enterprise-wide marketing and communications plans and strategies, which reinforce strong company values and drive business outcomes for eServGlobal. A strategic thinker with a passion for delivering creative messaging through a wide variety of channels, Alison has broad experience in corporate communications, media relations, digital and social media, public affairs, corporate social responsibility and investor relations.

Matt Richardson
General Counsel & Company Secretary

 Matt joined eServGlobal as General Counsel in 2011 after five years as Legal Counsel & Company Secretary at Pinewood Shepperton plc. After graduating from the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice in 2000, Matt qualified as a solicitor at Olswang in 2002. He then joined Viasat Broadcasting UK Ltd, as Legal & Business Affairs Lawyer from 2003 to 2006.

With over ten years’ in-house legal experience in the telecoms and media industries, Matt is focussed on risk management, providing pragmatic and commercial solutions to the broadest range of legal and business challenges.

Stephen Baldwin
Non-executive Director

 Stephen is a chartered accountant with 30 years of business experience. He commenced his career with Price Waterhouse and had a decade with the firm in three different countries. He was subsequently employed in the funds management industry for many years, initially with Hambro-Grantham and then with Colonial First State (where he was that group’s Head of Private Equity from 2000 to 2006). He has extensive Board experience across multiple industries. Other current roles include advising one of Australia’s larger superannuation funds on their global private equity program. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of Cape Town and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia.

Stephen was appointed to the Board in November 2011 and is Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee.

Tom Rowe eServGlobal Tom Rowe
Company Secretary and Non-executive Director

 Tom Rowe has served as Company Secretary of eServGlobal since 6 April 2011. He is a Corporate and Commercial Lawyer practising with Simpsons Solicitors with a specialty in corporate transactions, corporate governance and listed company secretarial practice. Tom holds a BA LLB (Hons) from the University of Adelaide and is an Associate of the Governance Institute of Australia.

Tom was appointed to the Board in March 2014.
